Hi Brian,

We already have a lot of discussions on SJM marketing fraud and so many members in our community were in deep trouble.

Hello Brian,

You can file complaints against Platinum B Services with FTC, Economic Crime Division, FDCP and the Attorney General's office in your state.

Hi Brian,

The Platinum B Services does illegal activities of debiting other's account. They operate under the SJM Marketing. You can prevent their activities by complaining to an attorney and can also file a legal suit against them. Try to avoid any sort of dealing with such fraud companies in future.

I took out a loan five weeks ago and I am having a diffcult time repaying them. I tried calling, e-mailing but nothing. They are taken out $90.00 from me every two weeks, but I really want to get this paid off. Any one know how to get in touch directly with them?

Someone calling themselves Officer Steve Martin called my workplace today ranting , raving and threatening to arrest me. When I tried to find out who they represented and information on the debt they were referring to they hung up on me These people are crazy. I filed a complaint today with my states attorney general.

Welcome Judy.

Is he from the collection agency? If collection agency is threatening you to arrest, then it is against Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). So you have rightly filed complaints with the State's Attorney General. You can also file complaints with FTC.

Hello adrienne.

Are you getting loan from SJM aka Platinum B Services? I would rather suggest you to stay away from this company as they have very bad reputation in the market.

Hi dee!

I think you should immediately close the bank account so that they cannot take out money from your account. Apart from this, you can also file a complaint with the State Attorney General so that legal actions can be taken against them.

Thanks,

Jerry

I took out a loan in 2006. I thought I paid them off, I can not find my paper work, I'm still looking for it. I believe its in a box. My husband died in 2006. I closed my bank account thinking every thing was ok. Now I have people calling from (they say) Internal Bureau of Investigation for PBS. They say now I owe $700.00, the day before they told me $400.00, but I know I did not borrow this amount and why all of a sudden are they calling now--- its 2009. I paid 300.00 down last night, but they still want me to pay the rest payday. Is this legal. They really upset me. They keep calling me.

Well it looks like the company is after you for the money which you haven't borrowed. Please look out for the paperwork that says the loan is paid in full. Or else, I'm afraid you may till have to pay the rest. You may consult an attorney but he can't fight out your case until and unless you show him the poof that the loan has been paid off.
