After reviewing my most recent credit report I noticed that I have some issues with my Equifax report. Here goes:
I had a mortgage on a rental property with WaMu that was sold in 12/07. That account on Equifax doesnt list any payment since 4/07.
Our current home is also mortgage with WaMu. That account on Equifax doesnt list any payment since 3/07.
I have an auto loan with HSBC. Equifax lists this as an open account but does not show any payments.
We also have an auto loan with Drive Financial. Again Equifax list this as an open account but does not show any payments.
The other 2 CB show my timely payments on these accounts.
I have written WaMu several times about the missing Equifax data thinking it was their issue. I never noticed the missing auto loan payments. How do I get this corrected?
Thanks

Hi jbarto.
Why is your credit score very low? Is there any collection on your credit?
BTW don't you have any credit cards now?

Hi Larry,
My score has suffered because of a few late and closed cards, I have since paid them off.
And then 3 years ago we had to go to colorado to pick up our grand daughter, I got one month behind on my mortgage, I have become current on it and have been making the payments with in the 30 day window, so things are improving, slowly but surely.
I have a car loan through toyota for over a year now that has never been late, so that should be improving it also.
I am working on it, just some unfortunate events and you can end up in a pickle real quick. I am catching up slowly but surely. :D

Hey jbarto.
Good to hear that you are trying to improve you credit. Hope you can be able to do it soon :)

Me too, it has been such a long road, just a little bit of financial dispair can lead to years of repair, it is unbelieveable. I am working on it, hopefully persistance and staying on track will pay off soon.
Heads up Jbarto. Your are exactly correct when you say once you get behind it is a battle to catch up. At least you are making a good effort. What happened with your granddaughter? I thought I seen a previous post about her living with you. That is good.
