Hi all,
It's been a long time since we've all joined hands and helped our community grow. But how well do we know each other? Let's start off by telling you something about myself.
I'm Brian Dela Cruz, Marketing Manager at MortgageFit. I've been associated with this community since April, 2006. And, it's been a pleasure interacting with the people here and helping them to the best of my abilities.

My name is Pete Kolackovsky, Mortgage Consultant at Mortgage Calgary and i am hoping to help out everyone with questions to the best of my ability. I have been passionate about the Real Estate market for years. Originally, i took a degree in computer science, but left it for a career in the real estate market. I am looking forward to meeting new people (hopefully everyone :P) in this community !

I am Linda and I am a co-founder of a new start-up that connects lenders/brokers to foreign nationals in the U.S. - includes vacationers, primary residents, investors, 2nd home owners, and so on.
As you may already know, there are not a lot of products available for this market segment but there are a handful and we want to give these buyers, many who are well-qualified, an opportunity to experience the American dream of home ownership!
I am here to learn new things, meet new people, and hopefully contribute also!

Hello have alot of questions thanks for helping
hi all, just joined because i am looking for advise and others who have gone through what my family is experiencing. in 2007 my partner and i were young and naive. on some poor advise we bought a condo with what we know now to be and outrageously bad mortgage. we hung in there and we were going to refinance but that did not happen because of the housing crash. now our family of 3 is facing forecloser.
