Based at Utah, the company is reported to be a loan shark by several consumers who have shared their experience with the company in our forums.

This company has been harassing debtor for a long time. None can make out what they are actually trying to do. And how easily can they get access to anyone's account.

I was having problems with Geneva Roth taking money out after I paid it off. I also couldn't find a number so I went to my bank and showed where I had paid it off and I signed a dispute affadavit and my bank is going to deal with Geneva Roth for me. You may also want to get your bank involved. They helped me.
i think that's a good way to deal with companies doing illegal things as reported by customers. But I must say,the bank has been very supportive on your part.
