Anyone had WCS Lending Experience?

This lender is BY FAR the most unprofessional, worst company I have EVER dealt with regarding ANY type of business transaction. There is no way WCS should be involved in the mortgage business. To summarize, (very briefly) the grief this lender put my family through:
WCS gave me a written mortgage commitment stating that they had committed to giving me a 30 yr fixed jumbo FHA loan at 4.25% I have excellent credit and a solid work history and income. After I had already gone to contract with my previous home, and was essentially homeless, WCS lending changed the already satisfied loan conditions, they already agreed upon, in writing, changed the mortgage from a 30 yr fixed to offering a 5/1 ARM. If I did not agree to the loan, I would have been without a place to live. I ended up having to take the 5/1 ARM and am now in the process of refinancing only three months after I closed on this mortgage.
I can further say that during the underwriting of the loan, the underwriter told us that they would not count my wife's income if we did not provided them with copies of cancelled checks from her clients. I explained to them that doing that would violate HIPPA laws (as she is in health care) and provided them with our bank statements instead. The underwriter told us that was no good, and did not include my wife's income.
I could go on and on with numerous other details regarding the complete incompetence and un-professionalism of WCS Lending LLC. They put me and my family through hell and probably shed a few years off my life as well..

DO NOT USE WCS LENDING. THEY ARE CROOKS POINT BLANK!!

I had an experience with WLS lending (Florida) and suggest you to stay away from it. They are dealing with terrible lender "Provrdent Funding" and my own broker was absolutly incompetent.

I have used WCS lending for a refi in 2006 and a new purchase in 2010. Mike Murgatroy and his team were the most knowledgeable and professional lenders i have ever used.
I would highly recommend them.

Please keep in mind that the mortgage industry is very competitive. When competing for a loan with another company, the loan officer that loses the loan can sometime be very frustrated.

When reading these posts, please ask for more proof from a 'complaint' before believing that they actually applied for a loan. This same practice is often used on stock message boards by short sellers. They manipulate the market and take thousands from investors.

Complaints are now logged with the National Mortgage Licensing System. You can check if there has been a legitimate complaint there. I hope this helps.

Was looking for loan but not with this company after reading the posts.

I have used WCS Lending three different times and have referred them to dozens of people. Each and every referral and loan that closed received stellar reviews. As they say, you will always hear about the negative (and there are ALWAYS two sides to a story) versus the positive. The positive people dont scour websites to post incredible things- the negative ones do. Feel free t ask me anything you'd like about the company, or tens of thousands of other very happy closed clients.

George- my guess is you have lost out on plenty of business to WCS and have nothing better to do with your time then talk bad about another lender. I'm sure you will have a different response, but i would nver do business with anyone who talks bad about the competition to benefit themselves...nor would anyone I know. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK WCS!!

I was considering refinancing with WCS, but after reading the posts on this site, I've decieded to go with a company with a more established, longer track record. Thank god for bolgs....how did we ever get along without them? They are the best source for non adgenda driven information. I'm happy we are all watching out for each other. thx all

WCS Lending has over-promised and under-delivered every step of the way as I try to re-finance my mortgage in NY. I am at almost 5 months now, including almost 2 months of being days away from closing. They even cancelled one closing date at 6 pm when I was supposed to be closing at 9 am the next morning. WCS motto - long on excuses, short on results

Exceptional SERVICE from C.Puleri.I had to change Lender's in the middle of my loan process and got Charles Puleri.What a Phenominal Job by him.After dealing with a lender that was recommended to me,(Tammy@TOPFliTE)Who by the way was a nightmare.
Charles/WCS lending stepped in started the process from the top We were able to close in 13 business days!! NO JoKes"
Charles was very efficent any questions I had he answered,any time I left a message he called back.He followed up continuously with the underwriter.We had already lost 15days with Tammy and the sale was time sensitive due to the seller's Failing health :( it got finished a day late but it was done.
EVERYTHING CHARLES SAID HE WOUD DO HE DID and i want him to know i appreciate his attention in time.Charles is the man.If you get him on your team you are in GOOD hands.
