Hi all,
While participating in this community forums, I have often found people looking for online forms especially those related to quit claim deed.
The forms on quit claim deed are different in each state as they are in accordance with the state laws. I have tried to collect a number of quit claim deed forms which are available in the government websites of the respective states or counties.
Thanks.

Does anyone have a quitclaim deed for Maryland; transfer of LLC to husband and wife or transfer from individual to husband and wife? Thanks!
Hi byers nad Stacy,
You can find the sample forms in the following pages. However, It's better to get the deeds checked by an attorney before they are used, as the verbiage on the deed changes as per the situation.
For NC:

Will be adding my married children on the quitclaim. Do their spouses have any claim to the property if they should divorce or do they sign off on their rights?
Thanks for the link to the AZ form.
Hi,
To Guest,
Florida is a "dower rights" state. Dower Laws grant the surviving wife to use 1/3rd or more of her deceased husband's real property as long as she lives provided she did not sign the deed nor disclaim an interest in the property. If they sign a deed and disclaim the property, then they will not be able to claim any interest in the property.
To Nirmal,
You're most welcome. In case you have further queries regarding mortgage or related issues, feel free to post in the forum. The experts and common people participating here would try to help you.
