Transferring property: Statewise sample quitclaim deed forms

Posted on: 26th Mar, 2007 05:09 am
Hi all,

While participating in this community forums, I have often found people looking for online forms especially those related to quit claim deed.

The forms on quit claim deed are different in each state as they are in accordance with the state laws. I have tried to collect a number of quit claim deed forms which are available in the government websites of the respective states or counties.
If any of you find out quit claim forms used in some other states, feel free to add it below.

Thanks.

what if you lived in Arkansas but the property is in Colorado. Which form would you use?
Posted on: 05th Jun, 2009 01:13 pm
Hi,

To LindaG,

You would require a quitclaim deed form of Florida in order to transfer the property back to the resort. You can contact an attorney and he may draft the deed for you.

To Rhonda,

You will have to use a quitclaim deed form of Colorado as the property is located in Colorado.

Thanks
