Who is said to be an Owner.....

Posted on: 18th Jun, 2010 03:53 am
Hello,

Currently my friend is having a question, he got a home from his parents as a “Gift Property”, and that Property (gift property) is not convenient for him, and now he is thinking to sell that gift property. His parents is dead, and now is there any way, by that he can sell that home. And who is to be known as a “Owner” of that property ???

One another thing is that he has two sisters with the same rights on the same gift properties but they are agreed to sell that property with him so it doesn't matter. But he wants to know that might they be allow to sell that home? And if yes then what he should do? How can they sell that home?

Please give your best answers on this post.
Hi Hardikvagadiya,

As per my knowledge you can sale the property along with your sisters. However, you need to divide the money among you and your sisters. Consult with a good attorney and check out the options and also do a market survey to get good customer.
Hope this will help you.

Hi hardikvagadiya!

Welcome to forums!

Your friend needs to list the property in the market in order to get suitable buyers to sell it off.

Welcome hardikvagadiya,

While you are choosing your mortgage broker, ask as many relevant questions as possible. If the broker can satisfactorily answer all your queries and give you various options, then you can go with that broker. You can even ask the broker about his or her track record which may include the number of mortgages he or she has done or who will be working on your mortgage, etc. You can call up the broker's previous clients in order to know whether or not they were satisfied working with them.

hello adonis,
Thanks for your reply,
but I have one more question that if by mistake I deal with Fraud Mortgage Broker, then what kind of cheats can be occurred in My Mortgage loan by that Fraud Mortgage Broker?
Posted on: 24th Jun, 2010 02:56 am
As per my knowledge, mortgage fraud is a prosecutable crime and is against the Federal law. If you suspect that a mortgage fraud has taken place, you should talk to a reputable real estate lawyer or the licensing authority in your state.

Don't your friend and his sisters have anybody that can act on their behalf in terms of finding a realtor and/or a mortgage lender? You have no confidence whatsoever in so doing, it appears, hardik. If they're asking you to intervene on their behalf, I think they've already taken a wrong road. Friends, other relatives, etc. ought to be able to provide valuable references for the people they are seeking to help them
