Who is said to be an Owner.....

Posted on: 18th Jun, 2010 03:53 am
Hello,

Currently my friend is having a question, he got a home from his parents as a “Gift Property”, and that Property (gift property) is not convenient for him, and now he is thinking to sell that gift property. His parents is dead, and now is there any way, by that he can sell that home. And who is to be known as a “Owner” of that property ???

One another thing is that he has two sisters with the same rights on the same gift properties but they are agreed to sell that property with him so it doesn't matter. But he wants to know that might they be allow to sell that home? And if yes then what he should do? How can they sell that home?

Please give your best answers on this post.
Hi hardikvagadiya!

Welcome to forums!

Once you contact the attorney, he will let you know what kind of legal action can be taken against the broker.

No other person than a lawyer will be able to help you in knowing what legal steps you can take against a mortgage broker who has committed a fraud. Why don't you get in touch with a lawyer and check out about the legal proceedings? He'll be able to help you in a right way.

Hi hardikvagadiya,

I don't think anyone participating in the forums will be able to help you with an India specific information. You need to contact local banks in order to get a mortgage.

Thanks

I humbly submit that in the event you find you're dealing with someone whose credentials are fraudulent, or who suggests to you what seems like fraudulent ideas, that you contact your state's Attorney General's office to lodge a complaint. The AG can track down the offender and bring that person to justice.
