Welcome ASMA,

Contact the Public Housing Authority of your state and they will let you know the status of your Section 8 application.

Hi arsineh,

I don't think anyone from here will able to give a reply to your query. It will be better if you could contact the PHA (Public Housing Authority) and get to know the status of your Section 8 application.

Arsineh Abrahamian:

If you do an internet search for "Department of Housing" in your locale, that ought to bring up the local office which you'd need to contact in order to find out what you need. Occasionally, depending on your location, it might be a County office or a Town/City office. In any event, give that a shot; look up the phone number and call them. Unfortunately, we can give you only this sort of advice, as we don't have access to the records that you need to have reviewed.

Carmen, please understand that we don't have access to records such as you have requested. Wherever you live, you'd have to contact the Housing Authority in your town, city or county. You can find out who specifically to contact by doing a pretty simple internet search (Google, for example) for the "(whatever) county or city housing authority." That should provide you with an address and probably a phone number as well, and enable you to contact the people who have your records directly.

Cora, nobody on the MortgageFit forum is going to be able to assist you with your query. You need to contact your local housing agency (do an internet search) in order to determine your status.

"U all" is not the folk responsible for responding to you...it's the people with whom you originally filed your documentation.
