SJM Marketing - How do I contact them?

SJM Marketing, a payday loan provider, is the parent company of Platinum B Services. The company officials have so far ripped off many of its customers. And they continue to do so even after repeated complaints have been filed against it.

It's often hard to locate the company as because they keep changing their contact numbers from time to time but do not provide their consumers with the correct contact details. The company continues to withdraw money from customers' bank accounts even though the latter may have paid off the loan in time. That's something very illegal and if you're one of them to have gone through this, don't hesitate to contact SJM Marketing at their phone number, 1-866-722-2770. Their fax number is 1-866-599-5161. If the debt is sold off by SJM for collection, then call up at 866-350-5696.

Hello.

If you owe money to them negotiate with then for 'pay for deletion'. Make sure that they delete it when you pay them off or get a debt release letter. It will help to avoid future confusion.

I had a loan through FTR, a sub company under SJM and platinumb etc. They only took the amount agreed upon on the dates specified in our contract. Once I told them I wanted to pay the full loan amount, they handled it politely and I've had no issues since. Call the number given here for SJM and press "0" in the menu. I'm not saying the company is 100% legit, but they've done right by me. Just make sure to have your loan info and try being polite. They're people too :/

Welcome Guest.

It is strange really! where are they getting the info of people's account. Stay away from this company.

SJM sold my account to CRA and National Recovery Services and both tried and succeded at getting me to pay the account off. I didn't realize it until I went back in my records to find out that I overpaid. Its been 3 months and I'm still getting the run around. If you get a call from Diversified Processing Center or Capital Recovery Associates, DO NOT WORK with them. They will rip you off and give you the run around and you will NEVER get reimbursed for money that is rightfully yours. Stay away from 1888 716 0409 and 18004090074

I just got an email today from sjm marketing telling me that they have sent my loan to collection. What do i do now?
Posted on: 24th Sep, 2008 11:30 am
Hi uh oh!

The email means that sjm marketing will no longer collect the dues from you. It will be collection agency who will collect the loan. This happens mainly when you have defaulted on the payments and the lender is not ready to forgive your dues.

Thanks,

Jerry

Hi Pamela!

I think you have mistaken this website as SJM Marketing's website. Go through the following link to get their contact details.

why did you not let me know if I have a loan or not please answer me soon if you are loaning me any money or not

Welcome dukescandy,

I think you are mistaken. This is a mortgage community and not a pay day loan company. You need to contact the payday loan company to check if they have approved your loan. By the way, which payday loan company are you looking for?
