SJM Marketing, a payday loan provider, is the parent company of Platinum B Services. The company officials have so far ripped off many of its customers. And they continue to do so even after repeated complaints have been filed against it.
It's often hard to locate the company as because they keep changing their contact numbers from time to time but do not provide their consumers with the correct contact details. The company continues to withdraw money from customers' bank accounts even though the latter may have paid off the loan in time. That's something very illegal and if you're one of them to have gone through this, don't hesitate to contact SJM Marketing at their phone number, 1-866-722-2770. Their fax number is 1-866-599-5161. If the debt is sold off by SJM for collection, then call up at 866-350-5696.

Should I contact them....and say what??
[External link and promotional text deleted as per forum rules. Thanks.]
In my opinion, you should contact an attorney and discuss your options with him/her. This would a better option rather than waiting for the summons.
Welcome to forums!
If you do not owe them anything, then you should not worry about legal cases. As far as the harassment calls are concerned, you can speak to your lawyer and take legal steps against them.

If you had taken a loan from SJM Marketing, then they have the rights to collect the dues from you. They have charged off the loan to a collection agency now who will collect it from you. If you do not pay it off to them, they can sue you for the debts. However, if you've already paid off the dues, then they cannot harass you. You can contact an attorney and take legal actions against the creditor.
