Hi all,

It's been a long time since we've all joined hands and helped our community grow. But how well do we know each other? Let's start off by telling you something about myself.

I'm Brian Dela Cruz, Marketing Manager at MortgageFit. I've been associated with this community since April, 2006. And, it's been a pleasure interacting with the people here and helping them to the best of my abilities.

It would be great if you too add something about yourself here.

Happy introducing!

Thanks,

Brian Dela Cruz
Hi Everyone!

My name is Lindsay. I am a real estate attorney in Las Vegas, Nevada. I own my own law firm, own my own loan modification company licensed with the NV Mortgage Lending Division, and have an active NV Real Estate Broker/Salesperson license.

Las Vegas is one of the hardest hit communities in the country with foreclosures. I have helped hundreds of homeowners answer the difficult questions: "Should I keep my home?", "What are my options?", "What are the ramifications?"

I have also written a book called "How To Save Your Home, or at Least Save your Ass-ets" and have started a website called "WhatsAllTheHype.com" to help share my knowledge with others across the country.

I look forward to answering some of the questions in this forum.

Lindsay

hi yaifish,

you should contact the timeshare company and sign a quit claim deed in their name. this will help you in transferring the property to them.

thanks

Hello All.

I'm glad I found this site. I was a mortgage broker for 8+ years. I recently got out of the business to start something new which is actually a service mortgage brokers can use to help their customers repair their credit.

I'm not a credit repair company! I don't want credit repair referrals. I used to help my customers repair their own credit and it worked really well. So I put everything online into a web site (of course! isn't that what everyone does!)

But, what I did is different that everything else out there. I don't know the rules of the forum yet, so i won't put a link here.

I'm looking forward to talking with interested mortgage professionals about this. Currently, we are asking for a fee for the service, but in fact, we are considering making it free.

If you want to help your customers repair their credit on their own with your guidance - you need what we have. It saves your customer a lot of money and makes you look really really good! Trust me on this. I've done it many many times!

Sincerely,
Matthew Wierzbinski
