i need to know 1 more thing can arrangment be done so my payments are deducted from bank account directly, thanks miller

Such an arrangement can be done. To have mortgage payments made from your savings or checking account you need to call CSC about it. You can also complete the form that was given with the introductory letter & return it along with a blank check on which you need to write "VOID" across it.

It normally takes around forty five days to process such a request. You need to make sure that there is enough money in the account to cover monthly payments. And until you get a notification that the request has been accepted you should continue sending monthly payment amounts by check.

what happens if someone refuses to remove there name off of he home after awarding it in the devorice?
Posted on: 25th Jan, 2009 08:15 am
Hi ladyhawk,

If a person is not ready to remove his/her name from the property deed though it has been given to the other person according to the divorce decree, then it is illegal. The person to whom the property has been given in the divorce decree can sue the other person.

Thanks

What happened to the contact 800 numbers for the CSC Center----and what if the deed to the property was deeded over to the spouse years ago and the spouse has been paying the mortgage payment for years----finally gets in contact with the spouse to divorce he never shows and the divorce finallizes with the deed still in place and the divorce is finalized with the ohter spouses name on mortgage and deed in the other spouses name.

the person whose name is on the property deed is the owner of the property. if the mortgage has both the names, then the person who owns the property should refinance the property in his/her name.

Everytime I call the symstem is down can I make a payment online
Posted on: 25th Apr, 2009 08:14 pm
You'll have to check with them first whether they have a online payment option or not. If they have a online payment option, then you can go for it.

in 1988 my husband and i purchased our home through FHA now called USDA rural development. Our deed clearly stated no buildings of any kind can be built on the properties. well my neighbor is building a 2 car garage right on the property line. I called USDA and they said they don't really enforce that law if the payments are being made. Thats not right. We bought this house because of the view and the peace and quiet, not to look out our windows and see a huge garage and all the noise that comes with it. We have abided by ALL the rules in our contract, and we are getting no protection for our property, how fair is that? And by the way how does a supposidly low income family build a $30,000-$40.000 garage? I'll tell you. There annual income is $90,000 plus, and they are paying the lowest house payment required because they aren't turning that income in.You do the math. So you should be just as mad as we are, you're losing money monthly also and have been for the past 10 or 12 years. I want to know why USDA are not living up to their part of the deed rules. That is why our country is in the condition it's in today. I sure hope someone from USDA has the commom decency to give me a reply, I would like answers.

Hi mka

It is strange that USDA is not following up with their rules. However, if you feel something illegal is happening and if you want to sue your neighbours, you should contact an attorney and take his opinion in this matter.

Thanks.

Hi vera!

Welcome to forums!

Your heirs will have to refinance the property in their name and pay off the mortgage dues.
