Transferring property: Statewise sample quitclaim deed forms

Posted on: 26th Mar, 2007 05:09 am
Hi all,

While participating in this community forums, I have often found people looking for online forms especially those related to quit claim deed.

The forms on quit claim deed are different in each state as they are in accordance with the state laws. I have tried to collect a number of quit claim deed forms which are available in the government websites of the respective states or counties.
If any of you find out quit claim forms used in some other states, feel free to add it below.

Thanks.
Can someone provide me with Michigan Quit Claim deed. The above one I am not sure is correct. Thanks

My three brothers and I went through Probate and had a parcel of land put in our names. Our Father passed away in 1999. We are getting ready to sell this parcel. Will all four of us need to do a Quit Claim form? Two live in Alabama. Will the Quit Claim form on this site be sufficient?

Thank You,

Welcome Wanda,

If all of you are on the property deed, then all of you will have to sign the quitclaim deed in order to sell it off. It will be better if you could contact a real estate attorney and get the deed drafted from him.
